Manheim auction locations have adopted the National Auto Auction Association’s (NAAA) National Arbitration Policy at all of its U.S. and Canadian locations. Manheim Heavy Truck & Equipment has followed the spirit and direction of the NAAA policy to create a policy that addresses specific needs and concerns of Heavy Truck & Equipment customers to provide a consistent experience across Manheim locations.
